We are raising funds to open and sustain our spay neuter clinic

With your help now, we are gearing up to open our first spay-neuter surgery center in the Spring of 2023!

By spaying and neutering the animals in our program, more space will become available for others at local low-cost clinics. This is a big step that will impact our community in a big way! We are so excited to have had such a huge response from our donors as we have been purchasing equipment and getting new floors installed. We need to keep raising funds as we purchase supplies such as sutures, oxygen, and medications. We will have a veterinarian and a tech who will need to be paid, so every penny counts and no amount is too small! Help be a part of the solution, spay-neuter surgery is the way to help stop the cycle of unwanted litters of cats and dogs roaming our streets. We all have seen firsthand how bad it is in San Antonio, we hope you'll join us in making a difference.

We pride ourselves on the excellent services we provide such as heartworm testing for all of our dogs over six months old and FIV, Feline Leukemia, and heartworm testing with a triple snap test for all of our cats. These services cost more, but it is worth it to treat a dog with heartworms or know ahead of time if a cat has FIV or Leukemia so we can appropriately place the animal with those questions answered. We also provide vaccinations, prevention, diagnostic testing, food, and supplies for every single animal coming through our program, until we are able to match each animal with a loving adopter.

Last year, 464 cats and dogs came through our program! This year, we plan to help out even more animals and to do so, we will have moved our operations to a bigger building so as to have the ability to perform in-house spay/neuter surgeries by the Spring of 2023.

  • A new surgical center for spay and neuter surgeries for our animals.
  • Each adopted animal leaves spayed and neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, tested for HW/FIV/FeLV, and given preventatives.
  • Our new surgical center will alleviate the strain on already over-burdened low-cost clinics.

Your generous donations today will make our Surgical Center possible.
